Includes:  Long dark blue or black velvet dress with bell sleeves, a red sash, trim at neckline and sleeves, and center front buttons.  

Cost dependent on materials chosen, from acetate velvet to silk velvet and a variety of available trims.  Can also add a matching veil if desired.
